Thank you for choosing EuroFireGuard. We are committed to delivering your smoke alarms safely, quickly, and reliably across Europe.

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for all orders placed through our website.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email with updated shipping information.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer reliable shipping options across Europe:

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.


4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most European countries, including:

  • European Union (EU) member states
  • United Kingdom
  • EFTA countries (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein)

Remote Areas

Deliveries to remote regions or islands (e.g., Canary Islands, Azores) may require additional transit time and shipping fees.

Delivery Limitations

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.


5. VAT, Customs & Import Duties

Within the European Union (EU)

For orders shipped from our EU-based warehouse, all applicable VAT is handled in advance. Customers will not incur additional customs charges upon delivery.

Outside the EU (including UK, Switzerland, Norway)

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by local authorities.

EuroFireGuard is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


6. Battery-Operated Device Shipping

Our smoke alarms contain lithium or alkaline batteries depending on the model.

Due to international transport regulations (including IATA and ADR guidelines for lithium batteries), all shipments are handled by certified carriers following strict safety requirements.

As a result:

  • Some express shipping options may be limited in certain regions
  • Packages may include required safety labeling for battery transport compliance

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

EuroFireGuard is responsible for products that are lost or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Please retain all packaging materials until the case is resolved.


8. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to collect from a pickup point
  • Delivery refusal without valid reason

The customer will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Re-shipping costs if the order is sent again
