🔄 EuroFireGuard Returns & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU and UK consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a person designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period ends.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a full refund under the right of withdrawal, the product must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and undamaged
The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging
All accessories, manuals, mounting components, and included parts must be returned

⚠️ Important Safety Notice:
As smoke alarms are safety-critical life protection devices, returns cannot be accepted if the product has been installed, mounted, or activated (including removal of the battery pull-tab), unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

3. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at info@eurofireguard.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and place it inside a secure outer box
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package (not on the product box itself)
Ship the return using a trackable shipping method

4. Return Shipping Costs

For standard 14-day change-of-mind returns:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items or accept liability for loss or damage during transit

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

Refund Approval

If the product meets return conditions (unused, unopened, and complete), your refund will be approved.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to apply a partial refund if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing packaging/components not caused by us.

6. Faulty, Defective, or Damaged Products (Warranty Claims)

All EuroFireGuard smoke alarms are designed and tested to meet EN 14604 European safety standards and come with a manufacturer’s warranty (2, 5, or 10 years depending on the model).
