Limited Warranty Policy

🔧 EuroFireGuard Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

All EuroFireGuard smoke alarms are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty starting from the original date of purchase.

The standard warranty period is clearly stated on the product page or packaging and may be 2, 5, or 10 years depending on the model.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

To process any warranty request, a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, EuroFireGuard will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished components; or
  • Replace the product with the same model or an equivalent model if the original is no longer available; or
  • Provide a partial or full refund depending on the nature of the issue.

All replacements provided will carry the remaining balance of the original warranty period or a new warranty period as required by applicable law.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover issues caused by improper use or external factors, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect Installation or Use
Failure to install or maintain the device according to the user manual.
